Diane...This painting is wonderful! We had a 57 Chevy convertible. I sure wish we had it now. It was the turquoise blue color.

Hi Ellie, We also had a turquoise '57 Chevy convertible. It was so much fun. I remember having a special wide-brimmed straw hat that you tied on to wear when convertible driving. Add sunglasses and I thought I was haute fashion :-} I also have a photo that a friend recently sent of a turquoise version. I will paint it eventually, though, darn....it's not a convertible. I'm also working on a large watercolor version of the orange fin.
Still loving this one.
