"Strawberries and Chardonnay" Saturday's watercolor class demo
Had four new students Saturday morning. It's pretty much impossible to finish a painting in 2-1/2 hours starting from scratch, but we all gave it the good old college try. I was determined not to add another unfinished painting to my pile, so finished it in the evening...four hours total. 9" x 11" on 140# Arches. www.dianemorganpaints.com

Strawberries and Chardonnay
Though the setting for this was indoors under lamplight, it would fall in the color-combination category of evening or sunset. Alizarin Crimson is added to the shadows and Cadmium Orange affects the lights. This 5-3/4" x 8" oil on gallery-wrap canvas is available for $150 through my website www.DianeMorganFineArt.com
