Rachael Ray coined the acronym "E.V.O.O." short for extra virgin olive oil. Webster even put it in the dictionary. I was going to name this E.V.O.O. and Balsamic, but I didn't know if anyone would know what that meant. I love these dual-use decanters that hold both the oil and vinegar.
